Here's a blog to tell you about what an epicurean (devotee of fine food) vegan eats.
http://veganmenu.blogspot.com/ I'm more of a whole-wheat spaghetti with marinara type of person but at least you know that if you're a lover of food; there's an entire vegan world out there just waiting to be made.

Wow, that's a nice blog. I wish I had the time and discipline to prepare that kind of food, photograph it, and post about it.

That food sounds so good.
Don't suppose you've got any dinner going spare?

PS It all sounds very impressive.

Do my esteemed fellow members of this site think that's my blog?
I'm lucky I found the time to even post the link to that blog let alone make anything on it! Like I wrote, I'm more of a whole wheat spaghetti with marinara type cook and the digital camera is rarely in my hands.

OMG, that is such a keeper. I have bookmarked it. I just ate but it still makes me hungry. WOW. I hope your twins realize what a wonderful mommy they have.

I like this blog from a girl in Los Angeles about all the great vegan food you can buy out there to eat. Makes me jealous when I am eating my salad Subway in the UK.
